The traditional path to warranty claims involves reaching out to the manufacturer and coordinating with them for repairs or replacements. At Too Fast Inc, we streamline this journey for our customers by offering free assistance in claiming the warranty for up to a year from the date of purchase.
Too Fast Inc Facilitated Warranty Claims
We extend a commitment to replace or refund products up to a year from the date of purchase if any defects or malfunctions are found in parts bought from us. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to support you throughout the replacement procedure.
Getting your claim rolling is straightforward – simply connect with our customer service team. They're ready to help you kick off the claim process smoothly, and may ask for visual proof such as photos or a short video of the defect.
Please note:
- Disposable items like oil, and routine wear and tear aren't covered by the warranty policy.
- Too Fast Inc only steps in to aid in claiming warranties for parts that fall under the manufacturer's warranty.
Claim Procedure
- Initiate a fresh order for the same product.
- Once the new product arrives, you may install it but remember to SAVE THE BOX. Reach out to our customer service team at sales@toofastinc.ca or through live chat to start a return for the faulty part and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the original order.
- Pack the faulty part carefully in the box of the new part.
- Mail the package to the following address: 4699 Keele St, Unit 1, North York, ON M3J 2N8.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned part at our warehouse, we'll process a refund for the defective part within 2 business days.
Additional Information
- If the identical product isn't in stock, feel free to order a different part suitable for your vehicle. Too Fast Inc isn't able to accommodate price differences and can only refund the price of the original part.
- If the same product is available but has increased in price, we'll do our best to negotiate a higher value with the manufacturer. If agreed, we'll refund the additional amount you've paid for the replacement compared to the original part.
- We thoroughly inspect the part and the evidence you provide to confirm the part's defect. We process a refund for the original part only upon the completion of this verification.
Warranty Claims Post 12 Months
Should your part fail after a year from the purchase date, we, unfortunately, won't be able to assist you with the claim. If the manufacturer’s warranty covers defects beyond 12 months, you'll need to deal with the manufacturer directly. Please get in touch with the manufacturer for help regarding exchanges or refunds. If they require an invoice or purchase proof, your order confirmation email can be used. Alternatively, we're always here to provide the necessary paperwork when you need it.
